Manu Babal

Manu Babal has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Manu started their career as an intern at Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Limited in 2007. In 2008, they interned at Piaggio Vehicle Private Ltd, where they focused on improving fabrication shop processes.

From 2009 to 2013, Manu worked at Mahindra Logistics as an Assistant Manager and Operations Analyst. During this time, they implemented KanBan, optimized warehouse space, and improved material flow. Manu also had experience in controlling material operations, handling third-party manufacturing inventory, and planning new projects.

In 2013, Manu worked as a Store Executive at Schaeffler, where they gained experience in store management.

In 2014, they joined Lava International Limited as a Deputy Manager, where they held various responsibilities until 2017.

From 2014, Manu also worked as an Independent Consultant in paper design, production, packaging, and supply chain management.

In 2017, they became a Supply Chain Management Consultant at Suchalan.

Currently, Manu serves as the Vice President of Fraud and Grievance at MyTeam11 Fantasy Sports, a role which they have held since 2018.

Manu Babal has a diverse educational background in the fields of management, engineering, and supply chain. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering from the University of Rajasthan. In 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Design from Cadd Centre in Jaipur, specializing in AutoCAD and ProE.

To further enhance their skills, Manu pursued executive education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2015, focusing on Warehouse Design and Management. In 2014, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completing an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Strategy and Operations Management in 2016.

Seeking additional knowledge in supply chain, Manu completed several certificate courses. In 2016, they completed a Certificate Course in CTL.SC2x Supply Chain Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Manu also obtained verified certificates for Supply Chain Design and Supply Chain Dynamics from edX in August 2016 and November 2016 respectively. Lastly, they acquired a certificate for Supply Chain Technology and Systems (CTL.SC4x) from edX in April 2017.
