Day James

Day James has over two decades of experience in customer and employee experience management, currently serving as the Director of Customer & Employee Experience at Mytech Partners since October 2000. In this role, Day develops and oversees initiatives that enhance both client and employee experiences aligned with the company's business strategy. Prior to Mytech, Day worked as a Production Specialist at ProComm Voices from 1995 to 1999, where responsibilities included audio production for radio and TV commercials. Day holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Carolina University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
