Jeff Woods is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in managing and troubleshooting IT systems for small businesses. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Managed Services Manager and Tier 3/Technical Account Manager at Mytech Partners since September 2015, Jeff handles top-level escalations for critical IT issues, monitors client infrastructure, and provides training and mentorship to internal staff. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Level II Engineer at PlumChoice from July 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities entailed managing servers for over 300 clients and mentoring the Level 1 team. Jeff began a career at The Sylint Group from September 2009 to July 2012 as IT System Administrator, managing desktops, servers, networks, and VOIP systems while assisting in internal infrastructure management.
