Mike E. currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Mytra since September 2025. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Customer Success & Operations at Level Home from 2023 to 2025, where significant transformations were implemented in the Customer Success and Operations departments to enhance efficiency and scalability. Mike's experience also includes roles such as Senior Director of Customer Success at Snapdocs in 2022, where focus was placed on customer adoption and onboarding efficiency, and Senior Director of Customer Success, Programs, & Service Delivery at Roostify from September 2019 to December 2021, overseeing customer success for major North American banks. Prior to these roles, Mike built the Customer Success team at Clear Capital, served as a Director at Microsoft managing engineering programs and customer success for the OEM licensing channel, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
