Gilliane Lefrant

Gilliane Lefrant has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gilliane currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Mytraffic since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent & People at PlayPlay, a tech Start-up based in Paris, from 2019 to 2022. Gilliane was also a Co-Founder of Talent Lab Today from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including HR Manager, Talent Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and more. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Talent Management at Mention from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they gained experience as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Volt (Europe) from 2013 to 2016. Gilliane started their career as a Training site manager at STMicroelectronics and as a Recruiting Assistant at Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez.

Gilliane Lefrant holds a Master's degree in Business Development from ESICAD Nice, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in HR Management at ESICAD Nice, from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in August 2015.
