They currently serve as the Director of Platform at MyTutor, where they have successfully implemented an ISO27001 ISMS and developed multiple internal training programs on risk management and data protection. With over 20 years of experience, Mike has managed high-performing teams across various sectors, including education and e-commerce, while fostering collaborative work environments. They are also the co-founder of ISO Serious and have held significant roles at companies like MOO, Trinity Mirror plc, and Sky. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from The Open University.
