MZP acquires, develops and manages commercial and residential properties in major Swiss cities. We use our innovative and international way of thinking combined with the tradition of a real estate family in the fourth generation for the targeted increase in value of real estate.

Minimizing any risks and creating added value is the focus of all our developments, repositioning and restructuring and forms the core of our daily work.

Unconditional dedication to integrity and quality is always the top priority in everything we do.

The investment strategy is aimed at systematically identifying and acquiring properties with potential and an attractive risk/return profile, and further developing them through active and forward-looking management in a value-enhancing manner.

Our investments are made with our own capital and capital from third-party investors. From the point of view of financing costs, the optimal mix of equity and debt financing is determined for each case.

Our properties should create added value for their respective environment and distinguish themselves as special and attractive points of attraction for tenants, residents and visitors.
