N.A. Holding Corp is a privately held holding company based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, investing in established Midwest manufacturing businesses and helping them grow.

We acquire small to mid-sized, family-owned businesses where the owner is ready to transition, and the company has the foundation to perform at a higher level. We bring operational leadership, shared resources, and a long-term ownership perspective, and we keep companies rooted in the communities where they were built.

Our portfolio includes six operating divisions: Microtech Welding Corp., Shar Systems, Deister Concentrator, Lime City Manufacturing, AGA Architectural Glass and Aluminum, and N.A. Investment Group. Each one is a distinct business with its own team, its own customers, and its own identity. What they share is a commitment to performance, a people-first culture, and Midwest values that show up in the work every day.

We are not financial engineers. We are operators. Our leadership team brings decades of manufacturing, supply chain, and military experience to the businesses we acquire and the teams we support. We measure success by the long-term health of the companies we own and the people who work in them not by a quick return.

If you are a Midwest business owner considering a transition and looking for a partner who will protect what you have built, we would love to talk.

Investing in America. One company at a time.
