Amy Cooper

Amy Cooper is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in IT support and training. Since June 2013, Amy has served as a Technical Trainer on the Support Team at N-able, where responsibilities include creating and delivering training programs for the technical support team and distributors. Previous roles at N-able involved positions such as Intermediate Application Engineer and Associate Product Manager, focusing on the N-central RMM platform. Amy's extensive experience includes technical support roles at TUC Managed IT Solutions and Versature, among others. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lake Superior State University.
