Cara Barron is an accomplished User Experience (UX) leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at N-able since March 2021, Cara has successfully led the consolidation of UX practices following the merger with SolarWinds, significantly expanding the team and integrating research methodologies. Prior roles include Director of User Experience, Senior User Experience Manager, and User Experience Manager at SolarWinds, where Cara played a pivotal role in enhancing user experience across various products. Earlier experience includes establishing a UX team at LogicNow, contributing as a Senior UX Designer at Gecko New Media, and working in various design and development capacities at several companies. Cara holds an HND in Commercial Photography from Natal Technikon.
