Eric Soutar

Eric Soutar is a dynamic software engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in developing high-performance systems. They have held significant roles, including Senior Engineering Manager at N-able since 2025, and previously served as Head of Architecture and Software Development Manager at CENX, where they enabled scalable product architecture and promoted a culture of continuous integration. Eric’s expertise includes system architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software practices, along with a commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams aligned with business objectives. They earned a B.A. Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa in 2008.
