Grant Wrap is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America at N-able since September 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring across various business functions in the United States and Canada, managing the Talent Acquisition Operations team, and leading executive recruitment efforts. Prior to N-able, Grant served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Xerox, where notable achievements included developing recruitment strategies for large-scale office builds and leading a team responsible for a significant percentage of company hires. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in technical recruitment across multiple sectors. Grant holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. John Fisher University.
