Jamie Sands, PhD, is a Digital Experience Strategist with over 14 years of usability experience, including team management, planning, research, design, and accessibility. Previously, Jamie served as a Senior Global User Experience & Design Manager and User Experience Manager at Standard Life from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Jamie is the Senior Manager of User Experience at N-able, having held the position since 2021. Jamie's career began as a Researcher at NCR from 2005 to 2007, followed by a role as a Usability Consultant at User Vision from 2007 to 2013. Jamie holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Napier University and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh.
