Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jamie currently holds the position of VP of Solution Engineering at N-able, a role they have been in since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales Engineering - Global at N-able from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining N-able, Jamie worked at SolarWinds as the Senior Director of Sales Engineering - Global from July 2017 to March 2021. Jamie also had a long tenure at N-able Technologies, where they held various roles such as Director of Sales Engineering, World Wide, Manager - Sales Engineers, and Team Lead - Sales Engineers.

Jamie Smith has a diverse education history. In 2013, they completed the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from ITIL. In 1999-2000, Jamie obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the Professional Institute of Applied Technology. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1999, they attended Memorial University of Newfoundland, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography. Jamie's educational journey demonstrates a combination of technical skills and an interest in the sciences and humanities.
