Laura Howie has over 7 years of work experience in technical support and leadership roles. Laura began their career at LogicNow in 2014 as a Sales Specialist, responsible for providing excellent customer service and increasing product uptake. In 2015, they were promoted to Technical Support Supervisor, where they oversaw daily activities and shaped team processes. In 2016, SolarWinds acquired LogicNow, and Laura continued their role as Technical Support Supervisor until 2016.

Laura then joined Women Ahead in 2016 as the Vice Chair, focusing on simplifying processes and providing a supportive networking environment for women in business. In 2017, they returned to SolarWinds MSP as a Senior Manager, responsible for service level and delivery of technical support.
