Michael Adler

Michael Adler is currently the EVP, Chief Technology & Product Officer at N-able. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer, Security for RSA Security from January 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for product strategy, product execution, and product and SaaS operations for RSA's Security Business Unit containing the RSA NetWitness Platform, RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle, and RSA SecureID.

Previously, Adler served as the VP Engineering for Constant Contact from December 2013 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for product delivery of Constant Contact's SaaS SMB Marketing Tools Suite. Michael also oversaw a team of 150 engineers with major engineering sites in Waltham, MA (Headquarters), San Francisco, CA (Social and Mobile), and New York, NY (Advertising and Network Publishing).

Adler has a long history of working in technology and product leadership roles. Michael has a proven track record of driving innovation and execution in large organizations. Michael is skilled in recruiting and developing talent, developing organization structures that match skillsets with business opportunities, and creating cultures of excellence within engineering departments.

Michael Adler pursued a BS in Computer Science/Math from Carnegie Mellon University. Michael then went on to earn an MBA in Business, Technology Management, and Operations from Boston College.

They are on a team with Frank Colletti - EVP, Worldwide Sales, Jeff Nulsen - SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, and Kevin Bury - SVP, Chief Customer Officer. Michael Adler reports to John Pagliuca, President, CEO.
