Murray Crease

Murray Crease is an accomplished Engineering Manager at N-able since January 2020, overseeing a team focused on core features of the Solarwinds MSP product. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Development at Scott Logic from August 2007 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Edinburgh office, enhancing infrastructure, and leading recruitment efforts. Previous roles at Scott Logic encompassed Lead Developer, Senior Developer, and Developer positions, primarily focused on developing financial software for prominent financial institutions using technologies such as Java, C#, and ASP. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Brunswick, teaching software engineering and HCI, as well as research roles at the National Research Council and the University of Glasgow. Murray holds a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction and Software Engineering, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.
