Nicole Storms, CHRP, is currently serving as a People Advocate for North America at N-able since June 2023. In addition, Nicole has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Distress Centre of Ottawa & Region since June 2022. Previously, Nicole held various HR roles at WiLAN as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2020 to June 2023 and at numbercrunch inc. as an HR Generalist from October 2018 to July 2020. Nicole's experience also includes managerial positions at PetSmart, where responsibilities ranged from Store Manager to Operations Manager, Pet Care Manager, and Presentation Manager from January 2010 to December 2016. Earlier career experience includes the role of West End Production and Sales Manager at Scholars At Your Service from July 2005 to September 2008. Nicole completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology between 2015 and 2018.
