Rene van Steenbergen

Rene van Steenbergen is a seasoned technology professional with a strong background in development operations and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Vice President of Development Operations at N-able since March 2021, Rene leads global teams in DevOps, DevSecOps, and engineering while focusing on operational and performance monitoring. Previously held senior positions at SolarWinds, including Senior Director of Development Operations, where responsibilities included IT infrastructure architecture, cloud security, and operational maturity. With a career spanning over two decades, Rene has also co-founded and held leadership roles at IASO Backup Technology, managed various operations teams, and contributed to enhancing cloud platform scalability and availability. Rene's foundational education includes a CISSP certification and degrees in System Engineering and Chemical Analysis from ROC Aventus.
