Sandra O'Connell has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Sandra is currently working as the Senior Director of International Partner Success at N-able since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SolarWinds as the Global Director of Premier Services from September 2019 to June 2021 and as the Senior Manager of EMEA Technical Support from September 2016 to September 2019. Sandra also had a brief role as a Senior Manager of Customer Support at Trend Micro in April 2016. Before Trend Micro, they worked at VMware as the Regional Manager of Customer Advocacy from April 2015 to March 2016 and as the EMEA Premier Services Manager from August 2008 to April 2015. Sandra'scareer started at Dell in 2000 as a Technical Support Manager and they progressed to that role after starting as a Desktop Support Technician. Sandra also had a role as a System Support Technician at Banta Global Turnkey from July 1998 to July 1999.

Sandra O'Connell has a Certificate in Electronics from Munster Technological University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Sandra also holds a Diploma in Systems Practice and Principles from The Open University, earned from 2004 to 2006.
