Victor Siriteanu

Victor Siriteanu has extensive experience in customer support and account services, currently serving as an Account Services Manager at N-able since March 2015 and as a Retention Specialist at SolarWinds MSP since February 2015. Previously, Victor held positions as a Customer Success Specialist and a Customer Support Representative at CGS Romania, where a strong focus on customer satisfaction was maintained through technical support for Lenovo products. Earlier in Victor's career, as a Technical Activities Coordinator at CSD/FORD, responsibilities included managing production personnel and ensuring quality control while interacting directly with customers. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from university studies completed between 2004 and 2008, following a high school education at Sadoveanu High School in Romania.
