Zach Pullen

Zach Pullen, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Zach currently holds the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at N-able, where they have been working since May 2018. Prior to this, Zach worked as an IT Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology from August 2013 to May 2018. Zach also served as the Vice President at Foundation Financial Group from May 2009 to March 2013, where they developed action plans, led a team, and interacted with senior management. Additionally, Zach held the role of Regional Branch and Project Manager at TradeSource, Inc. from January 2005 to March 2009, where they successfully established branches and increased sales. Earlier in their career, they were the Owner and Sales Manager at Carolina Custom Hardscapes from March 2003 to January 2005, where they managed business accounts, oversaw the labor force, and provided consultation and sales services.

Zach Pullen, PHR completed a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Management, General from North Carolina State University from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate Degree from Nash Community College in 1997-1998. Zach also attended Rocky Mount Academy.
