Sharon Dabach

Sharon Dabach has a range of work experience in the field of irrigation and agriculture. Sharon started their career as an Irrigation Technician at South Arava Agricultural R&D in 2003. From 2004 to 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they assisted students and organized field trips. In 2013, they became a Post-doctoral Scholar at UC Davis Viticulture and Enology, focusing on studying fertilizing practices, irrigation management, and the effect of salinity on automated irrigation system performance. Sharon then moved on to become the VP R&D at N-Drip Gravity Micro Irrigation in 2016 and later at Sciroot in 2017. At both companies, they had a leadership role in research and development.

Sharon Dabach completed their M.Sc. Agri in Soil and Water Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Sharon pursued this degree from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Soil and Water Sciences from the same university. Sharon obtained their Ph.D. degree between 2009 and 2012.
