N Her Footsteps is a charitable organization devoted to assisting children, educators, and underserved families in Jefferson County. Inspired by our family's matriarch, Barbara Jean Mills Sheets, and her dedication to the community, our goal is to tackle educational and socio-economic disparities through specific programs and partnerships.

Our goal is to create a real impact on the lives of children, teachers, and families in Jefferson County by enhancing access to education, resources, and assistance. Through scholarships for deserving students in Jefferson County, we support their pursuit of higher education and vocational training, empowering them to reach their academic and career objectives. Additionally, N Her Footsteps organizes annual back-to-school initiatives to supply students and teachers with necessary school materials like notebooks, pens, backpacks, and other educational resources.
