Anna Panchenko

Anna Panchenko has extensive experience in customer engagement and sales management, currently serving as the Lead Customer Engagement Manager at N-iX since May 2023, where the focus is on expanding engineering capabilities and developing successful software products. Prior to N-iX, Anna held various leadership roles at Yalantis from September 2016 to March 2023, including Head of Sales, managing pre-sales operations, and analyzing data to improve client satisfaction. Anna's experience also includes serving as an Engagement Manager at Yalantis, facilitating communication between clients and project teams, along with other roles in account management. Anna holds a degree in management from Днепропетровский национальный университет им. О.Гончара, completed in 2014.
