Daniel Poludyonny has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Daniel started their career as a Lead Artist at Kvazar-Micro Corp in 2004 before moving on to Nikitova LLC as a Lead Artist in 2006. Daniel then worked as a Game Designer and Producer at Wireless Sharks from 2006 to 2008, where they designed and produced mobile games. In 2008, they joined ArMOBI as a Game Designer and Producer, where they managed an online mobile social game project. From 2009 to 2010, Daniel worked as a Producer at iWin, Inc., overseeing the development of casual PC games. Daniel then founded their own social game development company, Proxima Games, and served as a Founder and Game Designer from 2010 to 2012. From 2011 to 2017, Daniel worked as the Founder and Lead Game Designer at Stellar Matter LLC, providing game design and production services to various clients. In 2017, they joined N-iX as a Delivery Director and later held the positions of Associate VP Delivery and VP Delivery. In 2017, Daniel also became the Head of Studio at N-iX Game & VR Studio, where they managed the studio, developed business strategies, and oversaw service delivery. Currently, Daniel is focused on their role as the Co-Founder and CEO of Wild Fields, a game studio aiming to bring fun to players worldwide.

Daniel Poludyonny's education history includes a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law from the Kiev University of Economics and Law KROK, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they have a Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary certification from Duolingo, obtained in 2014.
