Halyna Derkach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and team management, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager at N-iX since August 2023. Previously, Halyna held roles such as Project Manager Scrum Master at COAX Software and Brainence, where responsibilities included coaching teams in the Scrum framework, optimizing processes, managing stakeholder engagement, and overseeing project implementations. Additional experience includes working as a Scrum Master at Exadel, where Halyna facilitated onboarding, documentation management, and task flow control. Halyna's career began at UNI-Laman Group, where roles included HR Manager, Office Manager, and Sales Manager. Halyna holds a Master's degree in Management and International Business from Lviv Polytechnic National University, obtained in 2018.
