Maitham Alsarraf

Maitham Alsarraf is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at N-SIDE since September 2020, Maitham oversees HR systems administration and compensation and benefits management for the US, while also acting as a People Partner for the Life Sciences Department. Previous roles include HRIS Coordinator at Puratos, where Maitham managed SAP SuccessFactors systems, and Global HR Operations Trainee at UCB, supporting global HR initiatives and compliance with EU regulations.
