Alexander Paschek

Alexander Paschek has extensive experience in risk management and capital steering, currently serving as Head of Risk Controlling and Capital Steering at N26 Group since November 2019. Prior to this role, Paschek held positions at Sparkassen Rating und Risikosysteme GmbH as a Referent for risk-bearing capacity and capital planning, and at Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf, where responsibilities included treasurer and project lead roles. Early career experience includes a finance and risk management trainee position at Santander Consumer Bank AG. Academically, Paschek earned a Diplom in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin and completed a Finance Trainer program in 2014, obtaining a Banking Certificate.
