Iván González

Iván González is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in backend and mobile development. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at N26 since December 2022, Iván previously held significant roles including VP of Engineering and Tech Lead at Smiletronix, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and overseeing the architecture of backend and mobile applications. With a strong technical background in Kotlin, SpringBoot, and AWS, Iván successfully re-implemented prototypes and led system integrations. Prior experience includes heading engineering at MOCA Platform, where Iván contributed to the design of new features and managed the quality of mobile SDKs for major clients. Educationally, Iván holds a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
