Rafael C. is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently at N26 since August 2021, with prior experience at Rollbar and eDreams ODIGEO, where responsibilities included enhancing user experience for mobile app users purchasing flight tickets. At Oi S.A, Rafael served as Lead UX Designer, revamping customer care interfaces to increase user engagement and company revenue, following an initial role as Information Architect focused on digital transformation. Rafael began as the first UX Designer at Toque a Campainha Móveis - Grupo TAC, building e-commerce platforms, and earlier worked as a Webdesigner at Sociedade Comercial e Importadora Hermes S.A. Rafael holds an MBA in Strategic Communication from ECDD, a Graphic Design degree from Instituto Infnet, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
