Ed Brownlee has held various roles in the technology industry since 2002. Ed began their career at Compaq as a Diagnostics in 2002. In 2004, they became the IT Administrator at Classic Title Agency, where they were responsible for 37 client desktops and various laptops for access to 3 central servers containing sensitive data. In 2010, they became a Network and Systems Consultant at Uptime Resources, where they were responsible for solution design and implementation for MSP clients ranging from 15-300 workstations. In 2011, they became a Senior Consultant at Uptime USA, where they were responsible for solution design and implementation for MSP clients ranging from 15-300 workstations. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer at AtlaGroup, where they managed technical resources for client tasks, and was responsible for vendor and product selection, management, and training. In 2013, they became the CTO and Senior Systems Architect at N2CON INC., where they were the primary technical solution architect for an MSP that specializes in high-demand clients. Ed also managed technical resources for client tasks, and was responsible for vendor and product selection, management, and training. Ed also became the Senior Infrastructure Architect at SkyBridgeVM, where they were the primary resource for solution and project planning of migrations, and was responsible for partner selection and vetting, and site survey analysis.

Ed Brownlee attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2002 to 2003, studying Psychology. In 2009, they obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco.
