Scott Shay is the founder of N3XT and a repeat entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in launching companies within the financial sector. Previously, Scott served as Director of the Financial Institutions Group at Salomon Brothers from 1980 to 1988, and later held the position of Chairman at Signature Bank from 2000 to 2023. Additionally, Scott is a Senior Advisor at Ranieri & Co, Inc, and was Managing Director at Ranieri Partners from 1988 to 2013. Scott received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Management from Northwestern University and its Kellogg School of Management.
