Alicja Sinclair

Alicja Sinclair is a seasoned professional in business development and partnership management with a focus on the EMEA region. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Manager at n8n since September 2025, Alicja previously held significant positions at organizations such as Netlify, Shogun, and Patchworks, where responsibilities included expanding agency partnerships and driving strategic initiatives. Alicja’s experience also encompasses roles with Emarsys and a volunteer position at the VR Diversity Initiative, where efforts were directed towards fostering opportunities for underrepresented groups in the XR sector. Educationally, Alicja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and New Media from Uniwersytet Civitas, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Los Angeles City College, and has enhanced technical skills through courses in Python Coding.
