Gary Beall is the CTO and Founder of Nanaco Inc. and serves as a Formosa professor and Regents' Professor at Texas State University, where they have worked since 2001. In addition to their academic roles, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Nabaco®, focusing on shelf life extension for fresh produce. Gary completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Tarleton State University and earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Baylor University.
