Tyrrell A. Nelson

Tyrrell A. Nelson is currently the Director of Field Applications Science Support at Nabsys, where they lead a team focused on improving customer engagement and enhancing service efficiency. Previously, Tyrrell served in various roles at Roche, including Department Head of Case Investigation & Resolution and Principle Applications Scientist, where they spearheaded global training initiatives and case management for sequencing product lines. Tyrrell also held positions at Bionano Genomics, DNA Script, and GALT, demonstrating a strong commitment to applications development and technical support in the biotech field. They have educational credentials from Cornell University, with a degree in Microbiology and Genomics, and from SUNY Brockport, holding a B.S. in Biopsychology.
