Jeff F. has a diverse work experience in the field of college counseling and admission. Starting in 1995, they worked as the Director of Student Recruitment at the University of Houston for over two decades, until May 2017. From there, they joined Strake Jesuit College Preparatory as the Director of College Counseling. In 2015, they became the Past President of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and also held the position of Past President at the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling in 2007. Jeff has also been involved in various organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving as the Assistant Captain - Gatekeepers Committee, and the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools (ACCIS), where they currently hold the role of Treasurer and Board Member. Additionally, they have recently taken up the role of Application Reader - Cooke College Scholarship at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation since November 2020.
Jeff F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at the University of Houston from 1991 to 1995. Jeff then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the same university, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
