Michelle Newhard

Michelle Newhard, MBA has extensive experience in marketing and business development. Michelle most recently served as the Director of Marketing & Business Development for the National Association of Colleges and Employers starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Marketing at the same organization from May 2015 to August 2023.

Before joining the National Association of Colleges and Employers, Michelle worked as the Marketing Director for Distributor Services at Advertising Specialty Institute from September 2013 to May 2015.

From November 2012 to September 2013, Michelle was the Associate Director of Online Books at Rodale Inc., where they also served as the Senior Marketing Manager from April 2012 to November 2012. Additionally, they held the positions of Online Marketing Manager from October 2008 to April 2012 and Assistant Marketing Manager for Online Marketing from June 2007 to October 2008 at Rodale Inc.

Michelle began their career at InfoGenius, Inc. as an Online Ad Sales Representative and Campaign Coordinator from August 2005 to June 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Eastern National from April 2002 to August 2005.

Michelle's early experience includes roles as an International Sales & Marketing Coordinator from July 1996 to July 1999 and as an International Sales Support Coordinator from July 1995 to July 1996 at B. Braun Medical.

Michelle Newhard pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Professional Writing at Elizabethtown College. Subsequently, they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from American University, specializing in Marketing IT and the Management of Global IT.
