Tim Harding

Tim Harding is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Colleges and Employers, a role they began in 2024. Previously, Tim served as the Assistant Vice President for Career Development and Engagement at the University of Tampa, where they supervised several departments and managed a budget exceeding $2 million. Tim's extensive career in career services also includes positions at Butler University, where they received the “Top Dawg” award for exceptional service, and a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Indiana University Bloomington. Over the years, Tim has developed innovative strategies to enhance student career preparedness and foster long-term employer partnerships.
