Randi Lesser

Randi Lesser has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the engineering and process industries. Randi is currently employed as a Technical Manager, Process & Safety in Design at Nacero Inc. since November 2020. Previously, they worked at Wood for 12 years starting in September 2008 as a Process Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple projects, supervising process engineers, and handling technical interfaces with clients and licensors. Prior to Wood, Randi held the position of Chief Process Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler from September 2008 to December 2017, and again from September 2008 to October 2014. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Ashland Inc. from May 2002 to August 2008, and as a Process Supervisor at Foster Wheeler from June 1989 to May 2002.

From 1985 to 1989, Randi Lesser attended Lehigh University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
