Nacha
Cathy McNickle has a work experience that includes the following roles:
- Director, Risk Management Services at NACHA from October 1996 to present.
- Repossessions/Customer Service at Chrysler Financial from March 1991 to October 1996. Their responsibilities included credit approval, collections, repossessions, accounting, and customer service.
Cathy McNickle attended George Mason University from 1985 to 1986 as an undergraduate student, although they did not obtain a degree during that time. Following their time at George Mason University, they enrolled at James Madison University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing.

Through problem-solving and consensus-building among diverse payment industry stakeholders, Nacha advances innovation and interoperability in the payments system. Nacha develops rules and standards, provides industry solutions, and delivers education, accreditation, and advisory services.
