Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith is a nonprofit and corporate executive with over 15 years of experience in member engagement and retention. They have held various roles, including Senior Manager of Membership at the Investment Adviser Association, where they developed plans to enhance member retention and engagement. Dawn's previous positions include Director of Conferences at NAVA and Education Program Coordinator at PMMI. They are currently serving as the Director of the Preferred Partner Program at Nacha. Dawn holds degrees in Psychology and Marketing from Northern Virginia Community College and has completed courses in PowerPoint for Business and C++.
