Nacha
Jami Senter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jami began their career in 1993 at William C. Pflaum Co., where they held several roles over the course of seven years. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. In 2008, they joined the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center as a Grants Assistant. Jami then worked as a part-time Sales Associate at Lane Bryant from 2010 to 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they also served as a Therapeutic Mentor at Dominion Day Services. Since 2012, Jami has been employed at NACHA — The Electronic Payments Association, starting as a Member Services Associate and progressing to roles such as Associate and Manager of Member Engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of the Payments Innovation Alliance. Jami's work experience demonstrates their adaptability and growth in various professional roles.
Jami Senter attended the University of Mary Washington from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Through problem-solving and consensus-building among diverse payment industry stakeholders, Nacha advances innovation and interoperability in the payments system. Nacha develops rules and standards, provides industry solutions, and delivers education, accreditation, and advisory services.
