Olivia Maciel, AAP, APRP, is a seasoned professional in the payments industry with 15 years of experience, including nearly 12 years at The Clearing House and a tenure at Regions Bank. Currently serving as the Senior Director of ACH Education and Corporate Outreach at Nacha, Olivia focuses on the growth of instant payment rails and the development of Treasury Management strategies. With a strong foundation in product management, compliance, and risk, Olivia also engages in public speaking to foster communication among industry stakeholders. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, complemented by industry certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional and Accredited Payments Risk Professional. Additionally, Olivia is the Founder and Owner of Sir Moxie Collective.
