Rob Abrams serves as Managing Director of Global Payments Industry Solutions and COO of Embedded Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Rob holds a position on the NACHA Board of Directors. With prior experience at Amazon, Rob held roles as Director of Global AP Payments, Expense Reimbursement, and Corporate Cards, as well as Manager of Global Change Management. At IBM, Rob advanced from Managing Consultant to Associate Partner. Rob began their career as a Senior Consultant at Answerthink, bringing a wealth of expertise in the payments and consulting sectors.
