Mindy Browne

Mindy Browne is an experienced training and development professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Training Manager and Training and Development Manager at Nacho Daddy since July 2019, Mindy has previously held significant roles at well-known establishments such as Hard Rock Hotel and Luxor Hotel & Casino. Mindy's expertise includes facilitating new hire orientations, leadership development classes, and creating innovative guest service programs. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Mindy also possesses strong organizational skills evidenced by work with the Nevada State Democratic Party, where training and event planning were key responsibilities.
