Currently serving as Operations Training Manager and Training and Development Manager at Nacho Daddy since July 2019, Mindy has previously held significant roles at well-known establishments such as Hard Rock Hotel and Luxor Hotel & Casino. Mindy's expertise includes facilitating new hire orientations, leadership development classes, and creating innovative guest service programs. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Mindy also possesses strong organizational skills evidenced by work with the Nevada State Democratic Party, where training and event planning were key responsibilities.
