A project led by Nacho Dean, the first and only person in history to walk around the world and swim between five continents.

An extraordinary journey that now inspires and mobilizes people and organizations through transformative experiences, keynote talks, scientific expeditions, and leadership programs rooted in nature, purpose, and action.

From corporate stages to oceanic crossings, we connect science, adventure, and awareness to tackle some of today’s greatest challenges: leading through uncertainty, driving sustainability, embracing change, and reconnecting with what truly matters.

📍 Keynotes and workshops on resilience, natural leadership, decision-making under pressure, and change management - delivered at companies, universities, and international events.

📍 Impact expeditions: scientific and outreach missions to protect our oceans, raise environmental awareness, and promote citizen engagement.

📍 Experiential leadership programs, where nature becomes the teacher and catalyst for building stronger, more adaptive, and purpose-driven teams.

📍 Collaborations with brands, institutions, and media that believe in a message that’s bold, honest, and urgently needed: changing the world starts with changing how we move through it.

Because someone who’s walked the world knows: big change always begins with a single step. And that step can happen today.
