John Hoffert

John Hoffert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit, collections, and customer service within various industries. Currently serving as a Certified Group Administrator at NACM Connect since February 2023, Hoffert previously excelled as the Leader of North America Credit and Collections Team at Formica Group North America and as Senior Director of Credit & Collections at Omnicare, Inc., where significant reductions in delinquency and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) were achieved. Hoffert also held leadership roles at Elizabeth Arden as Global VP of Customer Service, and at Chiquita as Global Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable, improving working capital significantly. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Service at Wilton Industries and Manager of Customer Service at Helene Curtis.
