Emanuel Roche

Emanuel Roche is an Associate Director of Masterplanning at NACO, where they specialize in airport facilities' requirements, infrastructure planning, and capital investment programs. Previously, they served as a Senior Airport Planner at planeground airport consulting and held various roles at NACO, including Sr Airport Planner and Airport Planner, from 2013 to 2019. Emanuel also worked as a Proposal Manager & Financial Specialist at Royal HaskoningDHV and was a Project Leader for Virtual Construction at BAM Infraconsult. They hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool and Delft University of Technology, respectively.
