Dani Small is currently the Head of Funding, Compliance and MIS at Nacro, bringing 19 years of experience in the further education industry. Previously, Dani has held various roles, including Director of Funding & MIS at The London Hairdressing Apprenticeship Academy and Contracts Manager at The College of Animal Welfare. Dani possesses extensive skills in ESFA funding methodology, quality assurance, and team management. Dani holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, and a Level 4 Diploma in Advice & Guidance, as well as being a designated safeguarding lead. Passionate about further education, Dani is committed to delivering high-quality provisions and engaging with businesses for outstanding results.
